No. Our social media packages are monthly, with no minimum commitment. Cancel anytime. Your proposal confirms the scope, start date and payment details.
How is the content planned and approved?+
We learn about your business, audience and goals before planning your content. We plan and prepare content monthly for your approval, then deliver or publish it to the agreed schedule.
Who publishes the posts?+
With Basic, we deliver the creative files and captions for your team to publish. Growth and Premium include scheduling and posting to the accounts agreed in your proposal.
Are photography and video included?+
Growth includes product photography and editing. Premium includes photography, video and editing. We agree on shoot scope, location, products and the format mix in your proposal. Basic uses supplied assets and graphic design.
Is advertising spend included?+
No. Premium includes Facebook ads management, creative development and optimisation. Your advertising budget is separate from our service fee and paid to the platform. Basic and Growth do not include paid ads management.
Will you reply to comments and messages?+
Community management and customer service are separate add-ons. Let us know if you need replies or inbox support so we can confirm the scope.
What results should I expect?+
The focus depends on your goals: brand awareness, engagement, enquiries or sales. Growth and Premium include monthly reporting. Results depend on your offer, audience, content and advertising budget; follower growth and sales are not guaranteed.
