For branding package projects, communication is handled primarily through email. This allows us to keep everything documented clearly, refer back to key decisions when needed, and ensure nothing gets missed along the way. It also helps us work efficiently as a small team, so we can stay focused on delivering quality outcomes rather than managing fragmented conversations. Our branding packages are designed to be structured, efficient, and easy to manage. Email-based communication supports this process and keeps the project moving smoothly from start to finish.

Each branding package includes one round of minor refinements to ensure accuracy and polish before final delivery. Minor refinements are limited to: typographical corrections grammatical errors small spacing or alignment adjustments colour tuning within the approved concept These refinements do not include: new design explorations alternative concepts additional styles or options subjective redesigns or changes in creative direction Once the final designs are approved and delivered, the project is considered completed. You will receive the final artwork files, including editable AI files, ready for use. Additional work is charged based on request, depending on complexity and scope. We’ll always confirm this with you before proceeding.

Upon project completion, all final brand assets will be delivered via Google Drive. You will receive the complete set of final artwork files, including: high quality JPG, PNG files editable AI (Adobe Illustrator) source files print-ready and digital-ready export files based on the deliverables as outlined in your package
